[at-l] Hmm

Over the last few days I'm suddenly getting at-l messages popping up as 
new in my in-box that are several days old, as if it had taken that long 
to get here. The funny thing is, most of these had already come when 
they were supposed to, so I'm getting them twice. Still others I don't 
recognize. I don't think it's happening at all with pct-l. Very 
puzzling.
