[at-l] ATML/TP closing

After my initial shock wore off, what my .02 boils down to is that even
though it's not a great loss for me personally (I had recently bailed
from ATML and I seldom visited TP) I think this is truly a sad loss for
the AT community.  Hopefully someone else will pick up where Wingfoot
left off (maybe even WF himself after he has some time away from what
appeared to be constant work and pressure).
