[at-l] Very Important: no more Esbit bulk ordering

OK, folks, following Skyline's example I tried to set up a bulk order of 
stoves on the Trailplace women's list; we were going to order two cases 
(24) of stoves... However, I called today and spoke with the same person 
who was initially referenced in JohnO's first message, and she said they 
have changed their policy and that they can no longer sell to the 
individual (at all) as they are a distributor and if they sell to an 
individual they are "competing with their own customers who should go to 
Campmor".
