This maybe good in space or in a hospital. But it is not good for use on a
hike. 

1. There is no dirt in space or in a hospital.
2. You would need an absorbent towel extra weight. A pack towel does not work
all that well.
The best thing to do is get a short haircut. Easy to take care of.
