Everyone who mailed me about a website should now have access to their
directory.   Feel free to FTP at will;  I converted all usernames to
full lower case and also made www.backcountry.net/username functional
(you may publish this or the ~username URL).

If there are problems, feel free to email me (ryan@inc.net).  If anyone
else needs webspace, you know where to get me.
