The list, as it keeps expanding, is great!  Now I realize I am not the only
compulsively obsessed hiker around.  I'd like to add some more:

##)  When the only way to get to sleep at night is to think and dream of
sleeping in your tent listening to the breeze,etc.  But the bear you hear is
your spouse - wake up!

##)  When someone does a Search on the web for "backpacking" and your email
address shows up.
