Yo,
A Ranger at Mount Mitchell State Park (Highest mountain east of
Missisippiiipppsssiiipppsiiii) told of a hunting incident that went
something like this. A bow hunter shot two arrows into a man that was
hiking with his wife. He mistook the man for a deer and I guess did't
see his partner at all. The man lived. I dont remember any detail, only
a couple hiking/backpacking and two arrows in quick succession. Many
years back.
