I agree. The AT-L is by far the best forensic backpacking list in the world!

From the looks of things, I suspect WF has changed the ATML into a humorless
information service, that will have a very good noise/info ratio. The AT-L and those
Luddites who insist on posting directly to ATML will become a more social and
advocacy related arena.
