[at-l] Nutritional breakdown..



...of the stuff in the recipes.  Just in case anyone was wondering about
protein or fat or anything.

Kidney beans (100g or 1/3c)  Protein: 8.5g, Carbs: 22.6g, Fat: 0.6g
Tofu (100g or 1/3c)	Protein: 7.8g, Carbs: 2.4g, Fat: 5g
Bulghur (100g)  Protein: 12g, Carbs: 70g, Fat: 2g
(bulghur has 30-35% more protein by weight than rice, corn, or barley) 
TVP (100g or 1c)   Protein: 16.3g, Carbs: 10.4g, Fat: 0.3g

Comparitively, 100g of beef contains 28g of protein, 0g of carbs, and
16.5g of fat.  100g of skinned chicken breast contains 28g of protein, 0g
of carbs, and 3.5g of fat.
