We had a great 16 mile hike yesterday in beautiful, colorful, sunny cool
weather. We started at Groundhog Trail in WV and hiked to the New River
at Perisburg, VA. There were four of us from Bluefield, Va - Dan Trent,
Dale Vance, and Forrest and Walter Shroyer. Forrest is only 11 years old
and I am always amazed at his hiking ability. That was his second
longest hike - last year he did 19 miles.
