[at-l] Earl ABC Chat URL

Well, I had a teeny computer problem that kept the URL from working, and
that's fixed.  As of right now (4:15 pm) the chat-with-Earl is still
at:

	http://chat.abcnews.com/chat/chat.dll?room=abc_appalachian

but I have no idea how long it will last. --  Earthworm
