Dear friends,

I arrived home this afternoon from Maine.  I summitted Katahdin on
Sunday in the rain, then climbed again on Monday with much nicer
weather.  I had a great time on the AT and am planning to start my
southbound section asap, probably about 2 weeks.  I will send more
details later, but I wanted everyone to know that I'm home and I've had
a fabulous time.
