I'm just back in from a weekend on and around Standing Indian Mountain
where there was really no sense of fall approaching except the
temperature.  The drive over to the NOC was about the same.  There was
some real color though at the higher elevations of the Unicoi Mtns off the
Cherohala Skyway today.
