[at-l] Testing

Hi everyone.  I'm testing whether I can communicate with the list.  (Went
through an upgrade and while I could still receive from you, I couldn't
post.)

I discovered this glitch in the upgrade when I tried to ask a question about
Apple Orchard Mountain.  (I took some friends hiking this weekend.  Two of
the three had never hiked before....)

It was just to be a day hike, you know, to set the hook... We went to McAfee
Knob.  The day was hotter than 40 hells (93F) but we slogged our way to the
top.

You should have heard the exclamations....McAfee Knob certainly does not
disappoint.

One of my friends allowed that hiking was like experiencing childbirth:
after a little while you forget about how miserable you were and remember
only how exciting the sights are.
