[at-l] Pa Water

I have no first hand knowledge.
I live about 50 miles north and
summer rainfall can be localized but...
While early season rainfall was good,
the last month has seen no sustained
rain.  Streams are at mid Aug levels
and few 'runs' are running unless they
draw from a half mile + and a couple hundred
feet of elevation.  This advice is worth
less than you paid for it but that's the
way it is 50 miles north.  Depends on the
strength and origin of the springs though.
