[at-l] New chat server

Hi there...

I'm trying something new for you. I know there a number of you that like to 
chat but have had some trouble getting into an #AT channel for one reason or
another. 

I've setup a "private" chat server you can use. By private I mean it's not 
published, advertised, or linked to any other chat servers.

There is currently an #at channel running - I'm the op. This is a new server
and hasn't been tested or used much. Give it a try.

The server host is: server2.iqsc.com
The IP address is: 207.120.212.4

Use the IP address if you have trouble with the hostname. The port is the
default 6667.

I'll check in later and see what's up.
