[at-l] Foothills Trail, SC

Was wondering if anybody out there had some info/experiences/suggestions
about the Foothills Trail in South Carolina, a 100-mile trail that has a
"best hikes in America" bill from Outside Magazine.

Also, any info on the John Muir Trail in Big South Fork NRRA in Northern
Tennessee would be appreciated (same web page).  Both of these trails
sound great (esp the John Muir Trail -- I live in Kentucky and its only
2 1/2 hours away)-- possible hike for late summer/early fall.
