Oooh...spinach..yum...how do you use it?  I never 
thought of drying greens other than celery and parsley.
Suggestions..please?
Now I'm thinking egg and spinach with garlic and bacon flavored
soybits wrapped in a soft taco.  Are there any decent dried
egg products?
