[at-l] Which one to choose?

I've tried on quite a few packs and have narrowed it down to a Dana 
Design Terraplane or Glacier for my thru-hike next year.  My question is 
whether the Glacier would be big enough for a thru-hike?  I only carry 
about 35-40 lbs of gear and the Glacier is a lighter pack so I am 
curious if it would be big enough.  Yes, I know that these packs are 
outrageously expensive, but I didn't find any others that felt so good.
