[at-l] Hiking info needed

Hi, gang, I am going to hike a section in august. It will either be somewhere
between Fontana Dam and Neels gap.....OR......just north of Damascus, Va.
If you have info on these areas I would appreciate it. Particularly concerning
the weather (heat), water availability, insects, and any other info that may
be useful concering these particular areas.
