made by "wild things" in New Hampshire- i think- weighs about 2.5 lbs , 4-5000
cc, and i think ok thats what jardine would use..... so i call. and a surly
women answers and basically tells me , they have no pictures, no brochure, no
info- and if i carry more than 30 lbs i'm a moron and i should call another
company for help- <<<

i know a couple backcountry ski guides who swear by wild things packs.
every time they pass one by, they swear. ba-dum-tssshhh. no, seriously,
they love 'em, even sell them at their headquarters. jardine would still
cut off all the straps, tho. anyway, it was very discouraging to hear
about the surly attitude of the customer "service" person on the phone.
how does anyone expect to stay in business when they treat their customers
like that?

glad you like the pack, jim. i've heard real good things about them. can
i borrow? :)
