Humorous as it is, this thread does present an interesting question. Is
there a list, either stand alone or in a guide book, that lists where
the ATMs along the trail are located and approximate distance to get to
them from the trail? While we're at it, a comprehensive list of all the
Ben & Jerry's and 31 Flavors outlets would be of tremendous value as
well.
