My problem right now is finding packs to try on. The local outfitters carry
internal frames and freely admit that the externals are blase this year. The
'in crowd' is buying internal. They had one external (a Kelty) that I didn't
like. We went to the outfitters in Waynesboro last weekend but they were
closed. I'm hoping to be in Tn soon and maybe they haven't gone totally
"innie". I may end up liking an internal but I'm not buying until I try both.
After all, The Redhead swears by her external. <g> Too bad they don't make
her model anymore. (or her tent, or her boots or even her trail guide. Is she
out of fashion or what??)
