[at-l] sign off for the summer

thanks to everyone on the list. i am heading off to Maine to spend the summer
working at camp. the best part about it is the proximity to the AT ... only
a scant 50 miles or so to a road junction ... maybe another 50 to the
presidential
mountains in the whites. this is great for this canadian kid.
although i haven't participated in discussions much in the past few months
thanks for all the useful info .. i am planning to depart mar'99 for springer
mountain! see you in september when the real work begins.
