Once again, an excellent search, WildBill. What doesn't make sense is that such
proteins should be degraded in the gut before they could be absorbed, much less
before they could get into any joint space via blood stream.
The comment on Sulfate is comical. SO4 is simply the acid portion of the
compound that gives it any chance of going into solution. Sort of like
marketing "Salt, now with added Chloride!"
This has gathered a great deal of interest, with testimonials from numerous
athletes and sports physicians. I is hard to ignore, but very reasonable to
question. I have seen nothing to suggest it could be harmful to anything other
than wallet contents. It definitely is not a replacement for general nutrition
and conditioning, as well as proper care for an injury.
