[at-l] Re: ATML pack weight/body weight



An important consideration may be the relationship between your weight,
your *ideal* weight and your pack weight.  If you're overweight, you
might want to make your pack weight 1/3 of your ideal weight, and maybe
even subtract a little off of that to compensate for your extra body
weight.  I'm personally overweight now and carrying 1/3 of my current
body weight would be a real strain, especially on top of my "extra"
weight.
