I buy nylon screen from a local hardware store, cut it to fit the trays, then
spread apple sauce on it to dry.  Makes a great fruit roll-up.  The screen also
works for marinated jerky, which I do a lot of.  Keeps the juices from dripping and
making a mess of things.  For cleaning, soak the screen in a sink, then pass it
under running water.   Teryaki...yum!
