Ok great gurus of the AT cyberspace- share with me your collective wisdom:
in 1 week i am going with my 14 yr old son for our biannual AT hike this time
in Northern georgia heading north from neels gap. I understand it is quite
warm up there. WE both sleep warm ie mostly on top of our bags when it is in
the 40-50'sat nite. Are we totally nuts to just sleep on our thermarests with
a lite wool blanket to ward off any chill? It will save us about 4 lbs between
the two of us. Your input is appreciated Jim
