I wear glasses...I sometimes use the "crockers" a band that goes around the
head attaching to the glasses...you can tighten or loosen the band. Another
good idea is to use anti fog on the lenses..believe it or not they will fog
up when climbing a hill in hot humid weather. I wear a baseball cap and at
night I put my watch, flashlight and glasses in the hat next to my
head...so far so good...have never broken my glasses. When I hike thru hike
next year I am considering carring a hard case for my glasses...I got a
very light weight case. KC
