greetings.... proud lurker here ;-) i'd like to thank everyone for alot of
great reading; love the parapackers! a few months ago i had some surgery that
kept me in bed for awhile, thats when i got online and found you folks, alot
of good head therapy here....
   now that i can hike again i'm planning a three day trip somewhere between
fontana dam, nc and wesser, nc. i've got a buddy in tuskegee that will shuttle
my vehicle so the most convenient section would be fontana to stecoah gap but
stecoah gap to wesser is also workable. opinions on one section over the
other? recommendations on direction, campsites, must see/do/not do, ect would
be most kind. also, the last day i'd like to drive to joyce kilmer and do a
day hike, any sugs?
