My wife got me a little flannel "pillow case" that is about 14 x 18
inches. It has a cuff sewn at the open end which is used to close up the
bag once clothes and such are stuffed inside. It works great. I would
guess the weight is only an ounce or two, it is soft, when sleeping on it
there isn't any noises like stiffer material would make.   Hopeful
