I was reading a label on a clif bar (I can't remember what flavor)this
morning and noticed that it had approx 300mg Potassium in it - about the
equivilant of a banana. If you are a user of "power/clif/mountain" bar
type supplements and are concerned about potassium intake, it might be
good to read your labels. You may be getting more than you think just from
your food intake.
