The Solemates Journal is updated thru 5/18/98.  4 days of sunshine lifted
their spirits thru the Shenandoah National Park.  Read about how Potassium
stopped Ron's leg cramps, wildlife sightings and more.  As of 5/18 they were
in Front Royal,VA.
