I'm no biologist but there are different kinds of vitamins.  Some are soluoble in
water like vitamin c.  Excess amounts of vitamins like these are just peed out.
There are some vitamins and nutrients that you can over do.  The only things I know
about for sure are things like iron and iodine.  check with your doctor or some
other expert to find out which vitamins are okay to take a lot of.
