hi hi. i am new to the list. haven't been on the AT, but planning
hard now to go in a year or so. i too, am vegan, and have been
wondering how to do a thru-hike on this diet. i, however, am not
planning to go back to lacto-ovo, and so it may be a concern of a
different matter for me. i was just planning on eating a lot of nuts
and dried fruit. if anyone else would like to chime in with their
advice, it would also be greatly appreciated by the likes of me :-).
see you in the funny papers,
~rhymi~
BTW- a little info- i am female, 15, homeschooled, resident of austin,tx
, and lover of the outdoors & animals.
