A list where they don't talk about section hikes?  I consider myself to be a
thru
hiker, but I don't quite understand why people get bent out of shape about the
difference between thru hiking and section hiking.  It's all hiking and it's
all on
the same trail.  I think that we benifit more from the diverse types of
hikers with
varying knowlege of the trail than we would from a pure thru hiker list.
