When asked, he wasn't definite about it, but said he'd be on the trail
in May; and it was reported on ATML that he was seen on the trail near
Hightower Gap in GA.  I would suppose he'd like to attempt it without
any hoopla, especially in case he decided not to go all the way.  That's
why I was a little concerned that it may have gotten to the media.  I'm
a little sorry now that I brought it up at all.  I think we should keep
this to ourselves.  Any comment, Wingfoot?  Do YOU know what Earl wants
