I just recently subscribed to this list, and was not aware of the other list.
I went to the site, and it does say that it is primarily for thru hikers. I am
a section hiker and may never be able to undertake a thru hike, therefore, my
primary interests lie elsewhere. As a result, I say keep this list for sure.
