[at-l] fuel supply

Could someone please tell me what you do on the trail to replenish your
stove fuel. The white gas I can get here comes in one gallon cans, which
of course, cannot be carried along. How do you resupply when your fuel
bottle gets empty? Can you buy it in small amounts at resupply stores along
the trail?
