I've got a Solitaire, but it doesn't compare to the Photon Micro-Light.
The battery in the Solitaire lasted a whole 4 hours before it was
completely dead. It starts off bright for the first 10-15 minutes and
then drops like a rock. For the next few hours it puts out a steady
feeble glow. The Photon lights on the other hand start out slightly
brighter than the Solitaire and taper off slowly over the next 12-14
hours (white and blue) or over the next few days (red, yellow, and
green). The LED bulb in the Photon will never break or burn out so
there is no need for a spare bulb. It is extremely lightweight at 5.5
grams. The only advantage the Solitaire has it is waterproof. The
Photon lights aren't waterproof, but a little water doesn't seem to
bother them. The new white, blue, and green lights have gold plated
contacts, so they won't be damaged at all by prolonged exposure to
moisture.
