Yeah ... I knew this one was. Thats why I brought up the disadvantages of
duct tape. BTW regarding my question about dehydrated potatoes ...... I
noticed from experimenting that the edges dry much thicker then the rest.
It takes a long time to rehydrate them. I was thinking about cutting the
edges off of the potatoes to reduce waste since thet are esentialy non
useable. :-)
