I've been told that once opened, iodine tablets loose their potency
after 30 days even if re-sealed on the bottle.  Is this correct?  Is
there a way not to have to loose a whole bottle if you only go out for a
few days every month.

I also heard there was a super oxygen product from Canada that purifies
water  but is not available in the U.S. yet.

Any Info. or comments.
