And you certainly can eat grits in Florida--on the same plate as gator tail if you go to the restaurant/fish camp about a 50-minute walk from my house---and the Florida Trail runs smack dab through the middle of my town, Oviedo. If you hit a good night at the Black Hammock fish camp, you can go upscale and >get gator alfredo.
