[at-l] Appalachain Trail 2 Meter Repeater Guide

I have had many requests for the AT 2m repeater guide lately. This is the
info and where it can be found.

Appalachian Trail Two Meter Repeater Guide

This guide is for hikers who are also Amateur "Ham" Radio operators.
Following the AT state by state while hiking south -> norththe guide uses the
Appalachian Trail Data Book, by the ATC, for reference points. You can find
the guide at the two websites below. If you are unable to use a website send
me an email to (bushor@lemming.uvm.edu) or (mail2beau@aol.com) for a copy of
the guide. Your feedback on the guide is welcome and needed for future
versions.

***** Please, be considerate when using your radio. *****

Many hikers are offended by the noise radios and cell phones make. We
need to respect their right to a quiet backcountry. Transmit away from
shelters or other high use areas. Use a small earphone. Explain Ham
    Radio usage and the hobby.

Kathy Bilton has added to the Appalachian Trial Home Page the Appalachian
Trail 2 Meter Repeater Guide (v1.2). The address is
(http://www.fred.net/kathy/at/hamguide.html).

Bill O'Brien has also added the guide to the Appalachian Long Distance Hikers
Association (ALDHA) home page. The address is
