[at-l] North bounder spotted at 501 James river

Hey;

	I just got back from my weekend hike. Highway 60 to apple Orchard
mountain. Yesterday at Matts Creek Shelter I met my first north bound
thru-hiker this year. Hoof started his journey Febuary 15.
