Seems like both texture and taste were bad. What I got came in a tube
(cylinder?) encased in plastic wrap. It was in the produce section with other
specialty semi-fresh, processed items. Can't even remember how it was supposed
to be cooked. Just remember both my husband and I (and the dog) were pretty
vehement about our dislike. I'll look for something in a box and try it again.
