[at-l] Looking for ideas on cheap shell.

	Hi folks,

	I am looking for a waterproof shell with the following
	checklist:
	- has integral hood
	- is waterproof
	- has underarm zippers
	- cheap.

	I was trying to rationalizing that if I don't want 
	waterproof AND breathable, it will not be very expensive.
	However, I couldn't find any PVC or coated nylon waterproof
	jacket with underarm zippers.  May be there are none?
	Anybody has any ideas?
