I have 12 years expirience with the old model, I love it .... The only "trick"
for warm weather is to keep the door open as much as possible. If rain forces
you to have the flaps closed you need to stake out the bottom of the flaps to
allow some flow-though ventilation, and you may still end up with some
condensation...
