[at-l] twisters near AT?

I hear on the radio this morning that tornadoes touched down north of
Gainesville GA, killing some people and doing a bunch of damage. I know a
lot of thruhikers use Gainesville as their jumping-off point. Anybody know
of hikers planning to leave this weekend who might have been there?
