Vlad Strzewsiski was one fine hiking Pole. I once saw him hike 22 miles 
from Low Gap Shelter to Deep Gap Shelter just to see if DGS was full or 
not. When he got back to LGS and reported that DGS was not full, he took 
his pack and headed to DGS. I never saw him again.
